Grounding
The rule that every generated item must trace to a source page.
Grounding is the constraint that an AI system may only produce output supported by a specific set of documents, and must cite where each piece came from. A grounded practice question points to the worksheet and page it was built from. An ungrounded one could have come from anywhere, including nowhere.
For a centre, grounding is what makes the sentence 'it came from your worksheet' true. Without it, a platform is publishing under the centre's name things nobody at the centre wrote.
