Your students work through it at home on their phones, it marks itself, and every parent gets a fortnightly report with your logo on it. It runs on your own web address under your own brand.

There isn't any. It's yours. Upload your Year 6 folder and that's what's in there. Nothing appears in your platform that didn't come from a page you uploaded, and you approve everything before a student sees it.

No. It doesn't touch your sessions. It covers the other six days: the homework you already set, marked automatically instead of by you at 10pm, and a report to the parent that has your tutor's name on it, not ours.

No, and it is built so they can't. Nothing leaves the platform: no downloads, no printing, no screenshots, for anyone, and access ends the day a student leaves your class. What they get at home is your homework, marked, with help when they are stuck. What they get on Tuesday is you. One is the reason the other works.

Part of it is, and it works under one rule: it only ever works from your material. It can't invent a question, can't answer from anywhere but your pages, and can't publish anything without your approval. When a student is stuck at 9pm, the explanation they get cites the worksheet it came from.

PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint, spreadsheets of questions, and scans of paper worksheets. Typed documents and clean scans convert best. Phone photos taken at an angle and handwriting usually don't, and we tell you that up front rather than converting badly.

Not if there's a scanner nearby. Most centres start with one subject or one year level, scan their best material, and go from there. If you'd rather post us the folder, there's a prep service where we scan, sort and curate it for you.

One class's material takes about five business days. A whole centre's takes ten to fifteen. Poor scans add time, and we'll ask for re-scans early rather than late.

First, it can't reach a student until you've approved it. Second, every item shows the page it came from, so you can see in one click whether the error is in the conversion or in the original worksheet. Nine times in ten it's the worksheet, and finding it is a gift. If it's ours, we fix it that day.

No. It's your material, and that's the point. Where your worksheet gives an answer, we check that ours matches it and flag any mismatch for you. We don't second-guess your difficulty level or your sequence.

Both. Multiple choice, short answer and numeric questions are marked instantly against your key. Extended responses are marked against the criteria in your material, with the student's work shown to the tutor for a final call. Comprehension passages, grammar and vocabulary convert well.

You do. We claim no rights to your material or anything derived from it. We never reuse it, never redistribute it, and never use it to train any model. That's in the agreement, not just the sales pitch.

No. Your centre's space is isolated from every other centre's. Your content, your students and your reports are never shared with, visible to, or reused for another centre. Your material is your business.

No. Not on your material, not on your students' answers, not in anonymised form. We make the same commitment in our own contracts with the providers we use.

Never. We don't hold their details for any purpose other than sending the reports you approve, from your address, with your name on them. Your parents never see our name.

Your own originals never left your drive. You uploaded copies of them, and what we built from those copies lives on the platform. When you stop, access ends at the end of the term you have paid for, and we delete our copies within 30 days and confirm it in writing.

As little as possible. A centre can run on first name, initial and a class. We don't need dates of birth or student email addresses. Less data held means less risk for you and shorter answers to every privacy question.

No. We price on the size of your centre, in three bands, so you can put every student on it without thinking about the bill. Charging you per student to use your own material would be a strange thing to do, and it would make you ration the one thing that makes this work.

Everything. Unlimited uploads, conversion, instant marking with worked solutions, the explanation when a student is stuck, classes and assignments, the tutor dashboard, the fortnightly branded parent report, your branding on your own web address, isolation from other centres, and approve-before-publish. Because converting your material is real work that happens once, and because a centre that has paid to have its material converted rosters it into Term 1. The pilot fee comes off it in full.

Pay annually and get two months free. The first ten centres lock their monthly price for three years in exchange for a named reference. We don't discount the setup fee and we don't run sales.

No. There's a paid pilot: one class, one term, your material, your branding, credited in full against setup if you continue. A pilot nobody has paid for is a pilot nobody runs, and you'd learn nothing from it.

In New Zealand dollars, at a published rate reviewed quarterly, with GST at 15% added at invoice. You should never have to convert a price in your head.

You pick one class of 15 to 40 students and send us that class's material: one subject at one year level, a term's worth. We convert it, brand the platform to you, and run it for ten weeks aligned to a school term. Parent reports go out from week two. At week ten you get a written read-out of who used it, what moved, and what the parents opened.

$1,500 plus GST, paid at the start. It's credited in full against your setup fee if you continue. If you don't, you keep the read-out and you keep your material.

Send the material within a week of signing, tell the parents it's happening, and have one tutor own it and set work every week. Thirty minutes of onboarding with whoever teaches that class. If a pilot isn't run, it produces a no that teaches nobody anything.

No. At week ten you decide, in a meeting, with the numbers in front of you. Nothing renews silently.

Every fortnight, a report with your logo, from your address: what their child worked on, how much, what improved in plain words, and what's next. You can edit it before it sends or let it go automatically.

No. It works in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, at your web address. Nothing to install, nothing for a parent to approve in an app store.

Students can't message each other, and there are no public profiles. A centre can switch on tutor-to-student messages for its own tutors; it's off by default and the centre controls it. Your child-safety answer stays simple.

Ask them. Most centres have years of excellent material and have never had a way to put it to work between lessons. There's a page on this site written for exactly that conversation, with a message you can copy.

In Australia, in an isolated space for your centre. New Zealand centres are hosted in Australia too, which keeps the platform within the Australian privacy regime and inside a working-day timezone.

If you copy from published textbooks, you should hold one regardless of us. The licence covers tutoring organisations, not just schools. We ask about it at upload, and each document records its rights basis. In New Zealand the licence regime is different and a for-profit centre generally needs a CLNZ business licence. Confirm your position with your own adviser.

It doesn't overlap with it. Keep TutorCruncher, Teachworks or whatever you use for rosters and invoices. We're the part with your teaching material in it. Student lists can be imported from a spreadsheet.

Yes. Same material, separate classes and reporting per site, and an owner view across both. Additional campuses are priced per site.

No. It is a hosted service and nothing downloads from it, for a student or for you. That is the same rule that stops a student walking off with your worksheets. What protects you is that you never gave up your originals: you uploaded copies and kept the folder. If you leave, access ends and we delete our copies within 30 days, confirmed in writing.
