A parent who can't see progress assumes there isn't any.
Every fortnight, each parent gets a one-page report with your logo, from your address: what their child worked on, how much, what improved in plain words, and what's next. It's the reason they re-enrol in Term 4.
Over the last fortnight Priya completed 5 of 6 assigned sets from our Year 6 fractions program. Her accuracy on adding fractions with unlike denominators moved from 25% to 67%, which is the skill we worked on in class on the 14th. Word problems are the next focus.

What's in it
Sets completed out of sets assigned. Questions attempted and time on task. Accuracy by topic, before and after, so improvement is visible rather than claimed. A two-sentence summary in plain English that names the skill and the class where it was taught. What's next. Signed by the tutor or the owner.
No jargon, no dashboards, no login. A parent reads it on their phone in forty seconds and forwards it to the other parent.
Your name on it, not ours
The report carries your logo, your colours and your tutor's name, and it comes from your email address. Your parents never see our name and we never hold their details for any other purpose. It's your relationship. We just make the proof.
Review each report before it sends, edit the summary in your own words, or let them go automatically. Most owners read the first fortnight's closely and then trust them.
Why fortnightly
Weekly is noise and monthly is forgotten. Every second Friday is often enough that a parent sees a pattern across a term, and rare enough that each one gets opened. By Term 4 a parent has seen roughly twenty of them. That is a very different re-enrolment conversation from the one where they've seen nothing.
- Your logo, your address
Sent from reports@yourcentre. Your parents never see us.
- Improvement, not activity
Accuracy by topic, before and after. Proof, not a login count.
- Edit or auto-send
Review each one or let them go. Your call, per class.
- Term-end summary
A one-page term report for the re-enrolment conversation.
