Approve before publish
Nothing reaches a student until the centre has seen it and said yes.
An approval step between conversion and publication. Everything generated from the centre's material lands in a queue with its source page. The owner or a delegated tutor approves, edits or bins each item or batch. Students see only what's been approved.
It moves authorship where it belongs. When a parent asks why a question was worded a certain way, the answer is on the owner's screen with the worksheet beside it.
