Holding the least personal information the job needs. A centre can run on first name and initial.
The principle of collecting only what's needed. A tutoring platform can run on a student's first name, initial and class. It doesn't need a date of birth or a student email address. Less held means less risk and shorter answers to every privacy question a parent asks.
