Instant marking
Marked the moment a student submits, against the centre's key.
Automatic marking of a submitted answer against the answer key in the centre's material, with recognition of equivalent forms where the key allows it. Multiple choice, short answer and numeric questions mark instantly. Extended responses are assessed against criteria with a suggested mark for the tutor to finalise.
